In the southern part of Gran Canaria, the terrace is the center of the living space. However, the desert dust (calima), the hard water-induced limescale deposits, and the UV radiation quickly make the coverings dull and dirty. We not only wash them – we we are renovating the surfaces!

Many people use just a simple high-pressure washer, which often just sprays the dirt onto the walls. We took it a step further:
Rotary roller compactor: With our industrial mono-disc machine, we penetrate deep into the pores. The circular mechanical scrubbing removes the layer that water alone cannot remove.
Aqualise – The enemy of limescale: This special, professional cleaner was specifically developed for conditions in Spain. It chemically dissolves the etched scale, the camlock port, the rust deposits, and the grease.
Fuga cleaning: Our technology also pays special attention to the grout, where most bacteria and dark discoloration are eliminated.
Stone and concrete pavements: We remove the oil stains and the rust from the car parking spaces.
Ceramic and stoneware tiles: We restore the original color and shine of the cobblestones.
Natural stones: Gentle yet effective cleaning without damaging the stone structure.
Pool surrounding cladding: Special anti-slip cleaning and disinfection.

We are aware that children and pets are also present on the terrace. Therefore, the Aqualise and our other roles:
They are phosphorus acid and hydrochloric acid-free.
They are biodegradable.
They do not harm the vegetation or garden furniture.

Each surface is different, so we can provide an accurate price after an on-site survey.
Basic pair: Between 6 € and 12 € / m² (depending on the type of surface and the degree of contamination).
Minimum order fee: 60 € (or combined with other services).
